How to do PolarMap measurements

Attached is a PDF on how one goes about making polar measurements which can be viewed in the software PolarMap.  There is the PDF, and an example export file from HolmImpulse.  Also shown is a HolmImpulse example .zip file which shows how the impulse responses should look and how a typical setup looks.
